Configure Microsoft Exchange Mail for Windows
- Double click the Inbox icon
on the desktop.
- Click the Tools menu located
at the top of hte window then click Options from
the drop down menu.
- Click the Services tab located
at the top of the window.
- Click the Add button, highlight
Internet Mail by clicking on it once then click the
OK button.
- Click the General tab located
at the top of the window.
- Enter your real name or the name by which you
wish to be known in the Full name field.
- In the box titled E-mail address
enter your Net2U email address in the form username@net2u.com.au
where username is your Net2U username. Enter the email address in
lower case letters.
- In the Internet Mail server
box enter mail.net2u.com.au in
lower case letters.
- In the Account name box enter
your Net2U username.
- In the Password box enter your
Net2U password in lower case letters.
- Click the Advanced Options button.
- Enter mail.net2u.com.au
in the box in this window.
- Click the OK button.
- Click on the Connection tab
located at the top of the window.
- Place a dot next to Connect using modem.
- In the box labeled Dial using the following
connection select the name of the dialer that you have set
up to connect to Net2U.
- Click the Login as button.
- In the User name box enter your
Net2U username in lower case letters.
- In the Password box enter your
Net2U password in lower case letters.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the Apply button then the OK
button to save the settings.
