Configure Netscape Communicator for Windows
- Double-click the Netscape icon on your desktop.
- Click the Next button.
- In the box titled Full Name
enter your name or your organisation name. You can use upper and lower
case letters in this box.
- In the box titled E-mail address
enter your Net2U email address in the form username@net2u.com.au
where username is your Net2U username.
- Enter your email address in lower case letters.
- Click the Next button.
- In the box titled Profile Name
enter a name that you want this profile to be called.
- In the box that asks for the default directory
for your profile information, keep the information that is already
supplied.
- Click the Next button.
- In the box titled Outgoing mail (SMTP)
server enter mail.net2u.com.au, enter
this name in lower case letters.
- Click the Next button.
- In the box titled Mail server user name
enter your Net2U username in lower case letters.
- In the box titled Incoming mail server
enter mail.net2u.com.au in lower case letters.
- Place a tick next to POP3.
- Click the Next button.
- In the box titled News (NNTP) server
enter news.net2u.com.au in lower case letters.
- Enter the number 119 into the Port
box.
- Do not place a tick next to Secure.
- Click the Finish button.
- Netscape Netscape Communicator is now configured
for Net2U.
