To signup with Net2u you will be required to go through several steps that cover the following:

  1. The Online Signup Server is PC compatible only. Mac users please call our Telephone Signup Service on 1300130114.

  2. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions of the usage of our Service. By continuing with the signup, you have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Complete the signup form; all fields are required to be completed.

  4. Complete the credit card information. A Valid Credit Card is required for Signup to our services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and American Express.

  5. Select the Rate Plan that you wish to use. You will receive your first month free, based upon the rate you have chosen. If you use more than what is allowed in your chosen rate plan, you will be charged for the additional usage as prescribed in the products area of our web page http://www.net2u.com.au/products.htm

  6. After your first month you will be billed according to the rate you have chosen during signup. This rate can be changed to increase or lower your usage level by, either calling Net2u Support on 1300130114, or by going to the Member Section on the web page https://admin.net2u.com.au

  7. Once the signup form is complete click the “Signup” button. The Signup server will create a configuration file for you PC and ask you to either “save or open” the file. If you save the configuration file, you can double click on the file and it will configure you PC to use Net2u, alternatively choose “Open” and it will configure your PC immediately to use Net2u. It will create a New Dial-up connection called “Net2u”, and configure your email through Outlook Express.
